The Anchor
The Anchor is a duplex comprised of two separate, three bedroom units. Each unit is completely renovated and redecorated in calming and current colour schemes, with a relaxing combination of modern and antique furniture. The kitchens include a dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker, and each have a laundry room and outdoor patio with areas for dining and entertaining. The apartments are stocked to make your trip as carefree as possible - towels and linens are included.
Accommodations
We are located three kilometers south of Kincardine, Ontario, a picturesque town on the shores of Lake Huron with the motto 'Where you're a stranger only once'. The Anchor has a full view of our famous sunsets, is on a quiet residential road, and a perfect strip of sandy beach awaits you within a stones throw of the front door.
Slightly off the beaten path, we are less than a two hours`drive from London or Kitchener, and three from the GTA.
Location
Kincardine, Ontario is a beautiful tourist town with sandy beaches and a strong Scottish heritage. Kincardine is home to the famous weekly pipe band parade, and many festivals, derbies and events throughout the summer. The waters are perfect for boating, fishing, swimming, kiteboarding, and surfing. There are many fine restaurants and golf courses nearby, as well as a full selection of recreational and cultural activites.
